Canadian Council of Better Business Bureaus is governed by an eight-member Board of Directors, which comprises three BBB accredited business representatives, three national accredited business representatives, one local BBB CEO representative and a representative of the Council of Better Business Bureaus (traditionally the CEO). The board has a chair, vice chair and treasurer. It meets regularly, except during the summer. Board members serve three year terms and are elected in rotation to insure continuity.
The CCBBB Board of Directors is an Advisory Committee and is not involved in the day to day activities of the local bureaus. For all business complaints please visit
